INTERESTED IN SHARING A ROOM AT THE CSA CONFERENCE?

This year, as in the past, we are offering the opportunity to reduce costs, meet new people, and make it easier to attend our conference. If you are interested in sharing a room for the Annual Conference, we ask you to contact us directly at sharearoomcsa@gmail.com after completing the form. Please attach the form to the e-mail.

Please note, that we do not make lodging arrangements. This service only connects people interested in sharing a room. We hope you enjoy the service.

Sincerely,

The CSA Secretariat

We would like to strongly encourage you to book at the Almond Beach, as the CSA depends on filling a quota of delegate rooms at this hotel so that the Association can in turn receive discounted or waived costs for the meeting rooms. We also receive a “gratis” hotel room for a certain number of rooms booked by CSA delegates. These “gratis” rooms are given away as part of the travel award to needy graduate students and to help subsidize the costs for delegates coming from countries in economic hardship like (Guyana, Haiti and Cuba). It is with this information in mind that we hope you make a choice for accommodation at the 2010 CSA conference that directly benefits the association.
